Lead regular project meetings to keep the team focused and aligned.
Update project budgets as the design evolves.
Perform value engineering and evaluate design alternatives.
Develop and track the project schedule.
Order long-lead items early to stay on track with the schedule.
Prepare prequalification criteria for subcontractors and vendors and generate interest in bidding.

What we do
Create site mobilization plans and prepare areas for construction activities.
Host regular meetings with key subcontractors and vendors.
Attend client and Project Team meetings to keep everyone aligned on deliverables.
Negotiate additional contracts with subcontractors and vendors as needed.
Monitor on-site quality and daily progress to ensure adherence to the schedule.
Manage project finances and provide budget updates, including cost projections.
Coordinate with client’s vendors and contractors to align with the project timeline.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, focusing on safety compliance.
Communicate updates to all trades about changes to project details.
Review and manage subcontractor and vendor requests for additional compensation.
Prepare monthly payment requisitions, issue payments, and obtain lien waivers.
Oversee final site preparations to ensure readiness for client occupancy.
Compile and submit all closeout materials, including manuals, as-built drawings, and required sign-offs.
